By accessing and using lukaas (hereinafter “the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue your use of the Site.
2. Description of Service
lukaas is a public information aggregator that collects and organizes the benefits, discounts, and promotions that banks and financial institutions publish on their own websites. The Site does not provide financial services, does not process payments, and has no commercial relationship with any of the banks mentioned.
3. Accuracy of Information
The information published on the Site comes from public sources (bank websites). While we strive to keep it up to date, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or currency at all times. Discounts and conditions may change without notice. We recommend verifying directly with the relevant bank before making any transaction.
4. No Bank Affiliation
lukaas is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any bank, financial institution, or company mentioned on the Site. Bank names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, logo, and original content of the Site are the property of lukaas. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited. Information collected from public sources belongs to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. lukaas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, or from decisions made based on the information published herein.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile.

Al acceder y utilizar lukaas (en adelante, “el Sitio”), usted acepta quedar vinculado por los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, le rogamos que deje de utilizar el Sitio.
2. Descripción del servicio
lukaas es un agregador de información pública que recopila y organiza los beneficios, descuentos y promociones que los bancos y entidades financieras publican en sus propios sitios web. El Sitio no ofrece servicios financieros, no procesa pagos y no tiene ningún tipo de relación comercial con los bancos mencionados.
3. Exactitud de la información
La información publicada en el Sitio proviene de fuentes públicas (sitios web de los bancos). Si bien nos esforzamos por mantenerla actualizada, no garantizamos su exactitud, completitud o vigencia en todo momento. Los descuentos y condiciones pueden cambiar sin previo aviso. Le recomendamos verificar directamente con el banco correspondiente antes de realizar cualquier transacción.
4. Sin afiliación bancaria
lukaas es un proyecto independiente y no está afiliado, patrocinado, ni respaldado por ningún banco, institución financiera o empresa mencionada en el Sitio. Los nombres de los bancos y sus logotipos son marcas registradas de sus respectivos propietarios y se utilizan únicamente con fines informativos.
5. Propiedad intelectual
El diseño, código fuente, logotipo y contenido original del Sitio son propiedad de lukaas. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o uso comercial sin autorización expresa por escrito. La información recopilada de fuentes públicas pertenece a sus respectivos propietarios.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
El Sitio se proporciona “tal cual” sin garantías de ningún tipo. lukaas no será responsable por ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental o consecuente que surja del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Sitio, ni por decisiones tomadas basándose en la información aquí publicada.
7. Modificaciones
